T-minus…3..2..1..

In two days I launch into the unknown. Into the wilderness of grand opportunity, splendor, and adventure. Into the darkness to bring forth light. Into something far outside myself that I would never have imagine walking in. Into utter and complete dependence of our Abba Father as He steadily breaks me, molds me, transforms me into the version of self that He perceives and called out since my conception. In two days I finally head to Atlanta for final prep before myself and my E-squad fam embark on the greatest, most audaciously bold journey that we’ve ever been on. In a few days we say our final farewells before flying out in full faith and trust that from this moment on we are utterly in God’s hands and whatever happens out there let God be the glory. In a few days we leave to proclaim “Jesus Christ is Lord” to all the nations.

Finally! The time has come. After all the feelings being felt, thoughts chaotically scattering in disarray, emotions stressed, packs finally packed (praise God!), little logistical stuff finally falling into place, tears shed, hair pulled, things tossed, people embraced, long deep breathes of ‘it’s okay’; the time has finally arrived! I’m ready. The anticipation has long since agitated me but no more the time is here the time is now!

I have had quite the struggle as has most of us on my squad but through it all I made it I’m here alive and well and all praise and glory to God. Yet as I sit here typing this the main thing that comes to mind are all the amazing people I’ve come across in my life especially recently, in fact this next part is specifically for you. 

To those I recently crossed paths with even for a brief moment as I would drive you to your destination having meaningful and interesting conversations I want to say both thank you and welcome. Thank you for taking an interest in this journey and being open and willing to partner along with me as I travel to areas of the world I know little to nothing about to share God’s love to all those He cares deeply for. And welcome to E-squad! A God fearing, audaciously faith filled group of warmhearted crazies surrendering a lot to God in hopes to find more of Him. Even though you’re physically not with us on our journey you’re with us in spirit, support and thru these forms of social connections. The heart for inviting and sharing this moment with you is because I’m building an army of warriors. I made this simple request back when I rededicated my life to God, “Father all I want is to be as close to you as possible and to bring others who are willing with me”. That’s it and guess what if you’re reading this then you were willing to take a step as well. So, welcome to the squad, welcome to heavens army and welcome to the family! Time to witness first hand what God is doing, what He’s truly capable of, that He is real and how you’ll increase you’re faith and belief in Him. This Kingdom Journey isn’t just for me and my squad it’s mainly for you. As we all step out in full bold faith answering the call God placed before us saying yes and amen we all know or at least have some sort of relationship with God so we’re going seeking more of Him not just for our own personal growth but to share our own personal experiences hoping that thru our humble obedience God blesses every moment, encounter, conversation etc. My hope for you is to take a chance with God if you don’t know Him. Challenge and stretch yourself in Him as I’m abandoning everything to trust and stretch my faith in Him as well. Let’s do this together! Be inspired by the miraculous stories to come, heck as we touch down in Australia we’re bringing the rain with us to quench the fire burning the land. God’s already doing crazy huge things.

I’m excited for everyone who is keeping up with these posts because I know God is going to use and impact you in ways you can’t even imagine for the greater good of His glory and the sake of your heart and soul. I ask you to step out in faith, loosen up to your Abba Father and let Him reside in your heart and reveal to you His love for you and the desire He has placed upon your heart to reach those around you.  The time is here the time is now.

As you read this and continue to support us, be exponentially blessed beyond measure. I’m having a tough time trying to properly articulate whats really on my heart but I just want to make sure you understand how valuable you are and how crucial of a role you play in this journey. It will only be the best it can be if we all play our role in some form of fashion. I’m the hands and feet doing the work physically while you’re the heart, rhythm and soul of the journey. Without you it can only go so far and be so much. Prayer is crucial so I implore you to practice being sensitive to the Holy Spirit and listen and obey to what God has to say because it’s about to get real real for us. Money is great and needed for financial support but prayer is more important. Standing firm holding fast to the truth of God’s word and promises while outwardly proclaiming these things over us, the trip and people we encounter is most important.

This is what I leave with you fellow mighty warriors. Be steadfast in the faith believing wholeheartedly in God, his will and provisions. Draw near and cling tight to Him as He guides every step without fault. Everything happens for a reason and there’s a purpose behind it. If you don’t understand then seek Him He will reveal it to you in due time. Be quick to listen slow to speak slow to anger. Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you, therefore do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow as too much worry about itself.

Finally again thank you. You all are amazing I’m truly blessed and honored to know and have met you. Both old and new faces. I’m expecting some major “exceedingly more” moments this year over seas and back at home with you. Let’s draw closer to God, trusting and increasing our faith more this year. You’ll be surprised what He can really do so challenge yourself this year. Take a fresh start WITH God not just FOR God. Let’s invite Him in every moment of our lives and help “make heaven crowded”(phrase coined by Emily Hurley, feel special homie you got the first blog shout out lol).

Love you all even if I just met you you are still wholly and dearly loved. My next post will be in Australia so maybe you’ll get some kangaroo pics and the classic put head in crocodiles mouth pics. haha jk I would never…unless…for the glory of God…see crazy right but you’ll see, just wait, I know there will be some phenomenal jaw dropping no way impossible God only moments in the near future just wait.
